Shipping & Returns

  • Clicksafe currently only ships domestically within New Zealand

  • Sorry, we do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers

  • Rural deliveries (RD addresses) will incur an additional $6 fee on top of flat shipping fee


Order Processing

We will process your order within 2-3 business days (excluding public holidays) following your payment clearing.  Bank transfer payments can only be checked the next business day.


You will receive notification when your order is shipped.


Please ensure the delivery address and receivers name on your order is accurate and complete (including a business name if shipping to a work address) as we maybe unable to change these details once order has been shipped.  We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.


Delivery times

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped (rural deliveries may take longer).  Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point provided by yourself.


Public Holidays

Please note deliveries over these times may be delayed.  Deliveries are not made by most couriers on public holidays.


Signature Required

All deliveries will require a signature on delivery.  On receipt of your goods, please inspect the packaging for damage before you sign for it.  Do not accept any delivery that has any sign of damage. Clicksafe is not liable for any goods that are damaged during transit.


Stock Availability

We make every effort to provide accurate stock availability information to our website however we do not guarantee that if a product is classified as being “in stock” that stock will be available to purchase.  We will make every endeavour to inform customers of progress when an item/s needs to be ordered from our suppliers or when next availability will be if out of stock.


  • Due to the nature of our items, returns can only be done on a case by case basis.  Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss with you.

  • Returns cannot be done on goods where you have changed your mind or where your circumstances have changed.  

  • If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 14 days of purchase.  Return shipping is to be cover by the consumer.

  • We will always honor our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993).
